- Plan workforce deployment and production schedules
- Instruct, lead, coach, and motivate employees
- Monitor compliance with production deadlines and quality standards
- Continuously improve workflows and manufacturing processes
- Organize workstations and production structures in collaboration with Production Planning, taking efficiency and productivity aspects into account
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, accident prevention, and environmental regulations
- Ensure the operational reliability and availability of machinery and equipment
- Monitor and control technical building services and facilities
- Plan and implement maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors
- Support the planning, commissioning, and optimization of new production equipment and facilities

- Completed apprenticeship or vocational training in a metalworking or manufacturing-related profession
- Qualification as a Certified Industrial Master Metal (or equivalent technical qualification)
- Proven experience in managing, coordinating, and leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
- Strong technical know-how combined with a structured, independent, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Confident personality with the ability to motivate others and drive change
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and quality awareness
